The Discord integration lets you ask questions about your agent data directly from Discord, receive real-time pattern alerts, and get scheduled recaps delivered to your channels.
Discord integration requires a Pro or Enterprise plan.

Setup

1

Connect your Discord server

Go to the Integrations page in your dashboard and click Connect Discord. This starts an OAuth flow to install the bot in your Discord server.
2

Subscribe a channel

In Discord, open the text channel where you want alerts or recaps and run /subscribe. This registers the channel for pattern alerts and makes it available for recap delivery in the dashboard.
3

Use the channel in the dashboard

Subscribed channels appear in channel pickers across the dashboard — for pattern alerts, recaps, and other notification settings.

Recaps and pattern alerts

Discord channels are delivery destinations for two features:
  • Recaps — scheduled AI-written summaries of production activity, delivered on a daily or weekly cadence as markdown messages
  • Pattern alerts — notifications when tracked patterns are detected, with frequency options including every detection, threshold-based alerts, and daily digests
Configure which channels receive each from the Recaps and Patterns pages in your dashboard, or via MCP using list_notification_channels.

Insight search in Discord

Run /ask in any subscribed channel to use insight search directly from Discord. Include your question as the command argument:
The bot replies in the channel with a data-backed answer. When it detects a behavior worth tracking, it suggests creating a pattern with interactive Track Pattern buttons.

Managing servers

View connected servers and subscribed channels from the Integrations page in your dashboard. You can disconnect a server at any time — this removes the bot and clears all channel subscriptions for that server.
