The Slack integration lets you receive scheduled performance reports, ask questions about your agent data directly from Slack, and get real-time pattern alerts.
Slack integration requires a Pro or Enterprise plan.

Setup

1

Connect your Slack workspace

Go to the Integrations page in your dashboard and click Add Slack Workspace. This starts an OAuth flow to authorize the bot in your Slack workspace.
2

Add the bot to a channel

In Slack, open the channel where you want to receive alerts. Go to Channel settings > Integrations and add The Context Company bot.
3

Subscribe the channel

Type /subscribe in the Slack channel to register it for alerts and recaps.

Scheduled reports

Enable automated performance summaries delivered to your subscribed channels:
FrequencyDelivery schedule
DailyEvery morning
WeeklyEvery Monday
Monthly1st of each month
Configure reports from the Integrations page by toggling the frequency options. See Recaps for details on what’s included in each report.

Insight search in Slack

Mention the bot (@The Context Company) in any channel where it’s installed to use insight search directly from Slack. Ask anything about your agent data and get answers in-thread. The bot supports threaded conversations - ask follow-up questions in the same thread to drill deeper. The bot remembers the conversation context, so you can go from “What are the most common errors?” to “Show me examples of the first one” naturally. When the bot detects a behavior worth tracking (like recurring user frustration around a specific topic), it suggests creating a pattern with interactive buttons directly in the thread.

Pattern alerts

When a pattern is detected and alerts are configured, you receive a Slack notification in your subscribed channels. Configure which patterns trigger alerts and their frequency from the Patterns page. Alert frequency options include every detection, threshold-based, or daily digest.

Managing workspaces
